Another week another challenge Last week was a hectic week and i 'm just merely surviving it. We had 2 long and dreadful labs with 4 labs reports needed to hand in the following week. We even had to stay in the lab from 2pm and 10pm just to wait for the result. This is what you have to deal with when you're taking any science stream courses in university, staying up late in lab and repeat numerous times of experiment just to get the result.
Message to all parents out there, never ever force your children to study something they are not interested in. If they are not interested in what they are studying, they might not be able to make through the course because of the intense pressure or they couldn't find their passion in it.
This semester we have Microbiology and Food Preservation and Processing lab work on. Basically microbiology is about studies of microorganism's world and we have to constantly look into microscope and prepare bacteria cultures. It's really tiring and some times it can also be disappointing when we couldn't find any bacteria.. Don't wanna continue writing because it will put you to sleep.

Food Preservation lab got me into food poisoning. It was just another experiment and we had to stay up late until 10pm. I was hungry and order Mcd for dinner but i realized there is no fiber in my dinner so i decided to search for food in the lab. I found a huge bundle of banana sample and it's for the following day lab but i decided to grab one because i'm sure nobody will realize it. Well, i end up got food poisoning because the banana was contaminated by God knows what bacteria in the refrigerator. Lesson learn, never ever steal food from the lab to eat.
A week later i was told by the lab tutor that the banana isn't suitable for raw eating. =.= Now you say.
Come to think of it, Despicable Me 2 trailer is hilarious. Bananaaaa!
Hopefully this semester i can get better grades! Finger cross.
