Here is what you need for the ingredients.
2tablespoons of Green tea powder
2/3 granulated sugar.
3 egg yolks
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup heavy cream.
The ratio ingredients above are the foundation to the ice cream you're going to make. However, over the time i change the recipe according to my taste and it really depends. I skip the sugar part because i like my ice cream taste original and because the milk and heavy cream is sweet enough.
For this banana ice cream i use
5 bananas as flavor and taste.
no sugar were added
1 cup of milk
1 cup of heavy cream.
If you're wondering what kind of whip cream do i use please check back the previous post i made because there was a picture of all the ingredients lining up together. \
Simplified steps.
1. Homogenize the bananas. (i used 5 bananas)
2. Mix it up with 3 egg yolks eventually.
3. Heat the milk up.
4. Pour in the mixture of bananas and yolks into the heated milk.
5. Whip the whipping cream until it become foaming. ( I use blender to whip the cream and it took me about 10 minutes to finish whipping the cream) How to know whether the whip cream is completely form? Turn the blender container and the form will not fall down.
6. Mix the heated mixture of milk with whipped cream and blend them together again. (noted you might want to use a spoon to mix them up first before you start blending them because the form might be too thick until the liquid couldn't get through it.
7. Put it into the freezer and take it out every 2 hours and stir to reduce the crystallization of ice if you're hardworking.
I leave the ice cream until it is frozen hard.
Homemade banana ice cream. Fast and easy. I use around 20 minutes to finish preparing this ice cream.

This is how you check whether the whip cream is ready or not. Turn it over and it will not drop like liquid. It might flow slowly.
