How did i found Usukan cove?
I was bored and decided to look into Sabah Google Map and a particular island grabs my attention. At that time, I was actually planning if i can sail or kayak myself from KK Sea along the west coast of Sabah shore to Kudat.
Try zooming into Usukan cove and you will find an island there. It shows a hidden sandy white curve beach at the other side of the island. Best of all, there is no sign of any structural building or port. Maybe I can purchase and develop it into the next Sipadan. #Ambitious.
When I�m back from KL I will definitely make my way to the island again because during low tide I can literary walk to the island. I did some online search and discover there is a lodge there. Without any further consideration
The beach scenery is breathtaking! The white smooth shinny beach grab my attention when i first arrive there. It's definitely one of the best beach you can find in Sabah. Plus, their quiet location is great for sweet get away without burning a hole in the pocket or long hours of driving. It's one of the best place in Sabah to experience tranquility and serenity and it's really suitable for low budget vacation.

Star gazing, volley ball session, BBQ session, Karaoke session, kayaking, snorkeling, sun tanning, fishing and sea tour.
How far is Usukan cove from Kota Kinabalu?
About 1 hour 45 minutes drive from KK to Usukan cove.

I will definitely return to Usukan cove lodge to enjoy the sea breeze and night stargazing Who knows if I'm lucky enough, I might even be able to see a turtle over there.
