Ming Garden Hotel is opened end of 2011 and has been attracting numerous tourist from all over Asia. Their strategic location puts them in one of the best hotel to stay in Kota Kinabalu as well. The sunset view from the hotel is spectacular and visitor/tourist can enjoy their evening view at the 4th floor pool bar is one of the thing you can do in the hotel.
But that doesn't end there, in the month of September they are having Asia Bagus Buffet promotion and introducing The Ming Hearty Burger. After trying out their food and burger i believe they will be attracting local to dine in their high class restaurant.
It's really kind of Ming Garden hotel to invite us over to try their buffet and the Ming Hearty signature Burger. That night, I was utter full with all the great food from the buffet and gigantic burgers. They served different nationality types of food from India, Vietnam, Japan, Cambodia, China, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines and Thailand.
It is available at Bistro Dew, Ground Floor. Daily 6.30pm � 10.30pm throughout the month of September priced at RM 70.00++ per person.

They also serve fresh raw mussel during the buffet and it goes really well with lemon.
The dinner kick start with beef and chicken burgers served first. Both of the burger's patty are well mince, thick and juicy. The texture of the mince patty is evenly minced and it's definitely pure meat in it. The burst of grilled pineapple juice in the mouth mixing with the buns and patty is refreshing and made my eye go huge giving the expressing of agreeing "this is a a good burger dawg", or maybe the Obama meme expression "Not Bad" face. Ultimately i felt delightful to find good quality burger in KK.
