Famous Penang Lee, Penang Fried Kuay Tiaw | Kota Kinabalu

I have been wanting to try this night shop for quite some time and looking at the signboard "Famous Penang Lee" and people standing around waiting for the food just made me even more curious.

Monkey see monkey do, one of the methods that i had been applying for years. Always try the food with the most people lining up for. You can hardly get the bad food if everybody is going for the food. It was a simple review and the main reason i'm there is because i miss Penang food. I remember how tasty Penang food was when i went traveling over there. Anyway, it's located at Foh Sang, Damai at the Ren Ai cafe side

We had fried kuay tiaw and fried mee. It tasted nothing similar to the one i had in Penang because they had their own unique and distinctive taste. You will know if you try one but i couldn't know how to describe it here. Sorry guys . :( However it's does taste great with obvious "wok" smell. Hardly find any fried mee in heavy "wok" smell these day. Not going to rate this food because it might be differ from one another but personally i would say this is a tasty Penang Fried mee and a fair enough food for you to try out in KK.
