Spice Master (Noodle World) Penampang

Before i dive down deep to the food review of Spice Master. First thing first. HAPPY belated BIRTHDAY SHU WEN! Good luck in your studies and relationship! Don't ever forget to invite me over your wedding in future. D

I believe one of the good things taking my course is most of the students are girls and i got friends from other faculties constantly asking me about some particular girls in the course and telling me how lucky am i to be in The Land of Chick! Well truth to be told, being in a majority girls course is indeed a blessing *whoever say it is not a blessing is Gay, however when it comes to sport activities i always cracked my head finding team mates.

Back to the food review. Spice Master is located at Penampang and it's just beside the road side and  next to Borneo Rest House.  It's almost impossible to miss it. Basically they served Taiwanese noodles and bbq as well. and the main staff that served us speaks like Taiwanese so i assumed she is from Taiwan as well. The moment i step into the restaurant, immediately i felt like i'm in Taiwan because it's similar to most of the design over at Taiwan.

They also offer in house bbq on the ground floor. We didn't try it and we went for their special noodles on the first floor.

Taiwanese egg aka "Lu Tan" . The outer layer of the egg is hard boiled and follow by soft boiled all the way to the yolk. Awesome protein sauce. It's really well marinated. Rm1.90 if i'm not mistaken.

Ramen Noodles

Spicy Chicken meat

I couldn't say how similar was the food over there compare to Taiwan however i can conclude it's worth trying. They had various kind of noodles and soup. So best bring a group of friends and everybody order different type of meals. They even had kimchi soup which doesn't taste spicy but slightly sour. The ramen noodle taste like maggie but the soup was definitely tasted like homemade. The spicy soup isn't spicy enough to make me go screaming for milk but it did make me sweat. Nothing much on the spicy chicken meat to comment on.

Chicken Chop

Chicken chop coated with thick crunchy fried flour. One thing for sure i will definitely come back here again in near future to try out some other meals or perhaps try out their bbq. I can't remember thee  price because we were in a group but i paid rm20 for my ramen + grilled chicken + egg with drink. Price range is around rm10 - rm20.
