Yea i know Christmas is like 2 days ago but it's never too late to wish everybody. Just few more days to go and we will be entering 2013 and here I would like to thank every one of my friends and family that was there for me all the time. There are so many more things to do in life and hopefully in year 2013 I will be able to make videos.
The year 2012 has been a roller coaster ride for me and i have learnt so many things from all the challenges i faced and mistakes i made. I'm sure next year is going to be tougher because i will be doing my industrial placement (internship) around Sunway.
Here are some of the things i have learnt.
Do not stay in one place
Go around! Grab fares during Air Asia cheap fares and just go! One of the ironic things about life is when we�re young; we got all the time, energy but not money. When we�re working we got all the money and energy but not time. Lastly, when we�re old; we got all the time, and money but not the energy. There are plenty of people out there told me when they were student they don�t have cash and when they are working, they don�t have time. Don�t let no money or no time hold you down from travelling. Plan your time and financial wisely and just go travel. There are so many things out there to see and experience.
Be better tomorrow
Comparing with others has always been a weakness for me. I�m not saying comparing with each another is a bad thing but you have to seek the balance between comparing and improving yourself. I spend so much time comparing until I forget my initial goal which is to be better tomorrow. Be yourself and remind yourself that you will be better tomorrow.
Give it back to the society
One of the famous Arnold Schwarzenegger quotes has become my personal principle. You don�t need to work and earn a couple thousand to give back to the community. Giving back can be as easy as joining medical camp or joining beach cleaning.
Do not give in to genetics
Right now I have been into gym for more than 4 years and one of the major things I learn is do not believe what others told you about genetics. Don�t let them beat you down by saying �oh come on, you�re genetically fat� or �your calves is genetically small because you're Asian�. Give yourself time and effort and you will see the result you put in. Do not give up on things you haven even try.
Question yourself
Ask yourself how do you want to improve yourself and where do you see yourself in few months or years time. What are you going to do to place yourself in that position where you foresee yourself? Are you satisfied with your current grades, physical level or even knowledge? Do you have what it takes to be successful?
Eliminate the Monday Blue
I have no idea who invented Monday blue but don't you think it's tired to have Monday blues for 4 times a month? I stop having that thoughts of Monday blue and i felt great these day without spending any depressing moment on every Monday.
Improve my English
I need to improve my English writing skill. =.=
Is there any new year resolution for 2013? Unfortunately there wouldn't be any because instead of having a new year resolution i listed down life long resolution that i wish to achieve throughout my life. Not to be share all of them here but here are some of list of things i want to do.
Write a business plan and set it up. I know it may sound crazy but i'm actually moving slowly towards the business plan i had. Maybe i will share it when the time comes.
Make short videos. Making videos has always been my passion after I first saw the video promo by GoPro. Now i'm still saving up RM1,500 for a camera and hopefully in 2013 i will be able to purchase it.
Well the take home message is just be the very best in the things you do and work hard to achieve your dreams.
So that's all from me! Currently i'm busy preparing for my final exam on January and i will be back after my exam with tones of amazing posts. Lastly, I want to say a BIG thank you to the special one because you have always been there for me.
